This is Sardinia, an island of powerful flavors, winding roads that lead to breathtaking vistas, and ancient stories that lie behind every dish.
This tour goes beyond just riding a bike; it's an experience of the island with all five senses.

Join us as we explore the essence of Sardinian food culture on our daily journey.
Let's start with the basic ingredients: olive oil, wine, and cheese.
You will then get hands-on with making traditional pasta dishes such as malloreddus, currugiones and fregola, as well as delicate and surprising fish and meat dishes.

Of course, there are plenty of rides!
Travel over the vineyard-covered hills of Cannonau and along one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the Mediterranean, enjoying the timeless landscapes of Montiferru and Arborea.
Cultural highlights include a visit to the ancient ruins of Tallos and the Nuraghe of Su Nurasi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Choose your bike from lightweight carbon road bikes to the latest comfortable e-bikes.
All you have to do now is choose the one that's right for you.

And then there's cooking time. Every day there are cooking experiences and encounters with local food artisans.
For dinner, you'll discover surprising and inspiring dishes in homey trattorias, rustic osterias and sophisticated restaurants.

By the end of your trip, you will not only be left with fond memories, but also new culinary knowledge and inspiration to enrich your daily life.

Detailed program

Day 1 | Welcome to Alghero

Upon arrival at Alghero airport, transfer to Villa Mosca.
Bike fitting and test ride in the afternoon (time permitting).
Alghero is a port city where Catalan culture lives on, and you can enjoy a sunset stroll or a drink along the Catalan walls that surround the old town.
In the evening, enjoy an Alghero-style slow food cooking experience and dinner at the Agriturismo "Agave".

Day 2 | Capo Caccia & Vermentino Winery

Loop ride from Alghero towards Capo Caccia.
The road passes through Mediterranean maquis (scrub forest) and is filled with the scent of rosemary, thyme and myrtle.
Feel the sea breeze as you sail along the rugged coastline and enjoy the magnificent scenery.
In the evening, enjoy a special dinner of local Catalan cuisine within the walls of the old town.
Distance: Approximately 54 km, flat to gently hilly.

Day 3 | Bosa & Tresnuraghes: Medieval Hill Towns

Depart Alghero and travel to Tresnuraghes via Bosa.
You will drive through the coastal hills, enveloped in the scent of sea breezes and flowers.
In Bosa you will enjoy the riverside streets, palm trees, colorful buildings and Malaspolina Castle.
Upon arrival at Villa Asfodeli in Tresnuraghes, you will take a cooking class to learn Sardinian cuisine, followed by dinner at the hotel.
Distance: Approximately 45-58 km, hilly course.

Day 4 | Explore Oristano and the Sinis Peninsula

From Tresnuraghes to Oristano via Riola Sardo.
Ride through lush countryside, citrus groves and cork oak forests.
Enjoy spectacular coastal views at Cuglieri and visit S'Archittu (natural sea arches).
Enjoy an olive oil tasting experience in Riola Sardo, followed by a visit to the ancient ruins of Tallos.
Dinner will be at Oristano's gourmet pizzeria, Civico 35.
Distance: Approximately 62-82 km, mostly downhill and flat.

Day 5 | Gergely & Lake Is Barrocus


From Oristano to Gergéy via Villaurbana and Nuragus.
We travel along a road that is filled with rural scenery and the scent of the Mediterranean.
In Genoni, stroll through the traditional stone houses and ancient alleyways to experience Sardinia's rural culture.
Nuragus offers local wine tastings.
After some nature observation and a picnic around Lake Is Barrox, we will have dinner at the agritourism resort "Is Perdas" in Gergely.
Distance: Approximately 60-93 km, mostly hilly.

Day 6 | Barmini - Nuragic ruins "Su Nurasi"

Barmini — Nuragic ruins "Su Nurasi"
A loop ride to Barumini, with a natural landscape of hills and grasslands.
Explore the World Heritage Site "Su Nuraxi," a group of stone towers dating back to the Bronze Age.
Pass through olive groves and cork oak forests, visiting small villages such as Ruiri, Siddhi, Gonnostramazza and Valesa.
In the evening, we had a farewell dinner at Olianas Winery.
Distance: Approximately 63.8 km, centered on hills.

Day 7 | Farewell, Sardinia

Farewell, Sardinia. Enjoy breakfast together, then disband with a private transfer to Cagliari airport or city center.

Hotel Information

On your trip to Sardinia, we will take you to carefully selected accommodation where you can experience the charm of the region and warm hospitality.

Your journey begins at Villa Mosca, an elegant Liberty-style mansion nestled on Alghero's seafront. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering stunning sea views, it's also within walking distance of the old town, where Catalan culture remains strong.

In Tresnuraghes, you will stay at **Villa Asfodeli**, a historic mansion that has been meticulously restored, preserving the original floors, windows and stucco details. Enjoy a relaxing stay where modern comforts are combined with old-world elegance.

In the heart of Oristano, the Regina d'Arborea is a 19th-century building that retains its delicate frescoes and interior decor, and serves breakfast made with local organic produce.

Your trip will end in Is Perdas in Gergelléi, in the less touristy "Salcidano" region, in a quiet spot between Barbagia and Campidano. This land of unspoiled nature and tradition guarantees you a truly special and relaxing stay.
