Puglia, the "heel" of Italy, is a region perfect for cycling, with wide plains and gentle hills.
The leisurely pace allows you to enjoy beautiful countryside and historic villages.

On this special tour, you will be accompanied by a local chef.
Experience the flavors of Southern Italy while learning traditional home cooking.

The orecchiette is handmade with love and has a truly moving taste.
This dish is especially delicious after feeling moderately tired from cycling.

The route takes in a landscape of centuries-old olive groves, shining white villages, and vineyards.
We drive along narrow, quiet roads, feeling the Mediterranean breeze.

The wines are also a special treat. They offer a wide range of wines, including "Primitivo di Manduria" and "Salice Salentino."
Enjoy a tasting of Puglia's signature red wines accompanied by commentary from a sommelier.

Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is dotted with 1,500 trulli (conical roof houses).
By actually staying in this historic village,
It's as if you are reliving life hundreds of years ago.

A cooking experience?
Fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, fruity olive oil,
We will prepare delicious Mediterranean cuisine using plenty of ripe tomatoes.

Enjoy food by running and learn about the local culture through food.
