Terms of Use
Cicloposse Japan is an independent promotional office introducing Cicloposse cycling tours to Japanese customers. We are not a tour operator registered with the travel industry, but rather act as a cultural and linguistic bridge to ensure that Japanese customers can enjoy their trip with peace of mind. We operate tours in cooperation with Cicloposse, an authorized tour operator based in Italy, and affiliated travel agencies in Japan.
The Japanese yen prices displayed on this website are estimates based on the exchange rate. Official payments are made in euros, and the final amount may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Terms of Use
These terms and conditions apply to bicycle tours booked through Cicloposse Japan.
Travel services are provided by Cicloposse Srl, Italy.
Cancellation before departure
If you decide or are required to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply and become payable to CICLOPOSSE upon our receipt of your written notice of cancellation (by email with receipt confirmed) (prior to departure):
Reservations and payments
A non-refundable deposit (€300 for self-guided tours / €500 for guided tours) is required to confirm your booking.
This deposit will be used as a processing fee.The remaining balance is due between 60 and 30 days prior to departure.
*If you wish, you can pay the full amount in one lump sum instead of the deposit and remaining balance in installments. In this case, your payment will be completed without being affected by exchange rate fluctuations.
Cancellation Policy
Self-guided tour:
31 days or more before departure: Refund of the paid amount minus the deposit
30 to 16 days before departure (inclusive): 50% of the total amount
15 to 0 days before departure (including no-shows): 100% of the total amount
Guided tours:
61 days or more prior to departure: Refund of the paid amount minus the deposit
60 to 31 days (inclusive) before departure: 50% of the total amount
30-0 days before departure (including no-shows): 100% of the total amount
How days are counted: The departure date is counted as day 0.
After departure
No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour once it has commenced.
Cancellation by us
In the rare event that CICLOPOSSE needs to cancel a tour, we will provide you with a full refund, which will be considered final. CICLOPOSSE is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by you, such as pre-arranged hotel reservations or non-refundable airfare.
Guided tours scheduled to operate with low participation numbers may be subject to cancellation. Registrants will be notified of the cancellation at least 60 days before departure and will be offered a full refund or rescheduled for another scheduled week.
Changes to your itinerary
Even after your booking has been confirmed, we may accept minor changes to the itinerary if Cicloposse deems it appropriate and provides sufficient advance notice. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
However, for any significant changes, an additional logistics and planning fee will be charged in addition to the original quoted price.

Introduction
These general conditions apply to travel packages offered by Cicloposse Srl and comply with the EU Package Tour Directive and Italian Tourism Code.

Reservation and payment
A non-refundable deposit of €300-€500 per person is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60-30 days prior to departure. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
If payment is not made, your reservation will be considered cancelled and penalties will apply as per the cancellation policy.
Changes to the Service
For operational reasons, we may make changes to accommodation, services and itineraries, but will maintain the same or higher standards.
We will promptly notify you of any material changes.
Organizer's Responsibility
Cicloposse Srl is not responsible for the correct performance of all services included in the package, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by external factors, accidents occurring outside the tour, or damage caused by the participant's own negligence.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law and the jurisdiction is Siena, Italy.
Traveler rights

Introduction
The rights of travellers are guaranteed by the EU Package Tour Directive. These rights can be exercised before entering into a contract and during the trip.
Protecting travelers, ensuring services are provided as contracted, and providing appropriate compensation and support in the event of a problem.

Key Rights
1. The right to receive all important information about the package before entering into a contract.
2. The organizer's responsibility for the proper performance of all services included in the package.
3. Access to emergency contacts and support while traveling.
4. The right to transfer the package to another person with sufficient prior notice.

6. The right to terminate the contract without penalty in special circumstances.
7. Refund and repatriation guarantee in the event of travel supplier bankruptcy.

By participating in a tour organized by Cicloposse, you agree to this disclaimer.
There are inherent risks that cannot be eliminated even with the greatest care.
Related risks
Participant acknowledges that bicycling on public roads and trails involves significant risks, including: falls, collisions with vehicles,
Bad weather, accidents due to equipment failure, unpredictable road conditions, the behavior of other road users, etc.
Acceptance of responsibility
Participants represent that they are physically fit and have sufficient skills to participate in the tour.
You also agree to be solely responsible for any damage or injury to yourself, third parties or property that may result from your participation in this tour.
Waiver of Claims
Participants waive any claims for damages, losses or injuries against Cicloposse Srl, its representatives and partners, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Helmet Wearing and Safety Rules
Helmets are mandatory for all cycling activities and participants agree to abide by local traffic regulations and instructions from Cicloposse guides.

快適で円滑なご旅行のため、以下へのご協力をお願いします：体力・経験等に合ったツアーの選択、アレルギー等の健康・食事制限の事前共有、年齢・パスポート・フライト情報等の提供、および当社からの質問への迅速なご返信。
ツアー開始前に免責同意書（リリースフォーム）へご署名いただき、安全な走行ルールを遵守してください。安全上の理由等により不適格と判断した場合、当社はサービスの提供をお断り／中止する権利を有します。
当社の責務
お客様からお寄せいただく信頼に応えるべく、信頼性の高いパーソナルな対応に努めます。迅速にご連絡し、行程の進捗を適宜共有します。ご不明点やご懸念がある場合は、速やかにお知らせください。早急に対応いたします。
渡航書類
訪問国の入国要件やパスポート有効期限の確認はお客様の責任です。要件は国籍・時期により変更されるため、在住国の大使館・領事館にて最新情報をご確認ください。書類不備に起因する遅延・変更・追加費用について、当社は責任を負いません。
旅行保険
キャンセル補償・治療費・賠償責任をカバーする海外旅行保険への加入を強く推奨します。ご加入はお客様責任にて保険会社へ直接お手続きください。なお、当社のキャンセル料は交渉対象外です。
宿泊
当社は主に3〜5つ星ホテル／カントリーインを手配します。繁忙期や出発3か月未満のご予約では第一希望の宿が確保できない場合があります。その際は同等クラスの宿泊先をご提案します（自己手配のOTA価格より当社手配が高くなる場合があります）。
セルフガイドでは、デポジットのご請求前に予定ホテルリストを共有します。前泊・延泊の手配も可能です。
条項の承諾
当社に対してデポジットまたは追加のお支払いを行った時点で、上記のご利用規約・キャンセルポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
