Relaxed
My lifestyle :
I cycle regularly, whether it's for fitness, commuting to work or just for fun.
I generally lead an active life, but I also enjoy a little physical challenge every now and then.
I like to ride my bike when I'm on vacation, but it doesn't have to be every day.
What I enjoy:
I like running on gentle undulations and hills that aren't too steep. I like the sense of accomplishment I get when I reach the top.
Once I feel I've done enough, I don't mind riding in the support van at all.

My lifestyle:
Fitness is at the heart of my life. I cycle almost weekly and am comfortable with rides of over two hours and at a relatively fast pace. I love a challenge that gets my body moving and my heart rate up.
What I enjoy:
I ride on a variety of terrain. I enjoy hills and moderate mountain passes and I like to show them off. I also like to go fast on moderate downhills.
I'm also concerned about recording elevation gain, and I'm confident about climbing hills.

It can be used on any terrain, from hilly areas to full-scale mountain passes. Steep gradients and technical descents are also a fun challenge.
